When will my pre-order be ready?

Your pre-order will be ready for you to paint in studio as soon as your order is processed and confirmed.  Typically orders take one day to confirm.  Please note that should you be planning to come during the weekend, we recommend that you call to make a reservation.  We will hold your table for 15 minutes.

Take home Ornament Kits are not available to paint in studio. These kits are designed as "to go" kits. Upon completion please bring your complete set back to us and we will complete the final glazing and firing process. Pick up will be approximately 4-6 days later. We will text you to let you know that your ornaments are ready for pick up.
